Every child needs encouragement to reach optimal development, develop friendships and gain independence. HASC Programs (Hebrew Academy For Special Children) were designed to provide educational and clinical services to individuals from infancy through adulthood, who exhibit developmental delays. Since 1964 HASC has been working as a non-profit, non-sectarian agency, which provides a wide range of supportive services to children with special needs.
